Connecting Self-Service Support
This project enabled a customer self-service approach for XBox Support. Each topic covered a detailed step-by-step approach to problem-solving repair, error status, and connectivity issues in the effort to filter out some of the simpler support queries.
I collaborated with stakeholders to create a navigational structure on each troubleshooting topic in an efficient and easy to follow format. I helped in building a graphical image support library.
